Can I change the items in my styleboxe closer to the time of my event?

Our boxes offer great savings in both time and money compared to having to shop for each item individually and every item has been carefully selected to make sure it fits beautifully with all the other items in your styleboxe. One of the ways we have been able to do this is by making our buying and packing systems as competitive as possible, if we try to make changes the cost would have to increase.

Can I swap items from one styleboxe to another based on which I prefer?

Sorry, this is not possible because, as stated above, each item has been carefully selected to make sure it fits beautifully with all the other items in your styleboxe. By changing items around the carefully selected styling for your event would be lost.

In the wedding looks can I take out the stationery and just have the table decorations?

All our styleboxes contain very carefully selected items designed to complement each other and make sure your event is as stylish as possible with the least amount of effort. If items are removed this would not be possible.

What happens with breakages?

We package everything very carefully so are confident your styleboxe will reach you in good order. However we know mishaps can occur so we recommend you inspect the contents of your styleboxe(s) as soon as they arrive. If there are any breakages please contact us immediately and we will replace them in accordance with our returns policy.

What if I don’t like it when it arrives?

There is no problem, we want everybody to be happy with the product so if you’re not happy just return it under the conditions of our returns policy and we will give you a full refund.

Is delivery included?

No delivery is not included. There is a standard delivery fee of £5 for the first item and 75p per item for all subsequent items.


What Delivery Methods Are Available?

With the exception of wedding boxes we will try to dispatch all orders from our UK premises within one business day of the order being received, if goods are in stock. If there is any reason for a delay we will contact you immediately.

Delivery times for wedding boxes will be notified and agreed on an individual order basis.

Sorry, we are not able to deliver to PO boxes.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are as follows.

£5 for the first item and an additional 75p per item for all subsequent items.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Please contact us directly for international shipping costs and times but please note that any duties or custom import charges applied to the goods during delivery will be your responsibility. We recommend if purchasing from outside the EU to check with your own border/customs agencies before ordering so you’re fully aware of any charges that the goods may face when entering the country for delivery. All orders will require a signature upon delivery.


What happens if I don’t like it when I get it?

We hope you are pleased with your purchase but if you are not completely satisfied just send it back to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will exchange it or issue a full refund (excluding postage) whichever you prefer.

The item must be returned unused with all original tags and packaging and in good condition. Upon receipt and examination we will issue a full refund or exchange.

The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days after we receive the return for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement.

If you require an exchange for a different product you will need to make a new purchase online, returning the original purchase back to us which will then be refunded. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

What if my item is faulty?

If the product you receive is faulty or not what you purchased, then please return the item(s) to us. Please let us know the reason for the return and whether you require an exchange or refund. Refunds will be processed upon receipt and examination of the product. The length of time refunds take may vary depending on the card issuer. Please allow 10 working days for the refund to show on your credit card or bank statement.

We will also refund you the delivery costs if the product is faulty. All items should be sent by registered post and securely packaged. If the packaging is not adequate and the goods get damaged or lost while being returned styleboxe cannot accept responsibility.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We can accept payments on our website from all the major credit and debit cards as well as via Paypal.

You can safely enter your entire credit/debit card details via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.

Is buying from styleboxe safe?

Shopping online at styleboxe is statistically safer than using your credit card at a high street store. Technical experts point out that online purchases without human intervention are far safer than traditional credit card transactions because the information is immediately encrypted into a scrambled message that can only be decrypted by an authorised computer.

All credit card details are captured over a secure 256-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL). This means your credit/debit card number is scrambled during the transaction process and, unlike a traditional store, no human ever comes into contact with your card number during the approval process. styleboxe never stores your credit card information.


How do I place an Order?

Simply add the item(s) you want to your basket, select the desired quantities and follow the simple checkout process. If you would prefer to place your order over the phone or have any questions we are happy to help. Make a note of the product item(s) you are interested in and call us on 0800 133 7364.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If you wish to cancel or amend your order then please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No you do not have to register to place an order, our checkout process is designed to be simple and easy to use. We have adopted the less is more approach throughout the site, and especially on the checkout section. An account will automatically be created for your convenience.
